SPARQ Balustrades, nice to meet you! We supply and assemble top-quality glass balustrades for stylish building and renovation projects. From our home base in Heerenveen, we serve the Netherlands and Belgium and export to other countries in Europe. We strive for sustainability and innovation and work towards the best solutions for our customers. We are a close-knit team of 20 people, in which everyone has their own expertise. Your role as assistant assembly worker
In this role, you will assist in the installation of balustrades and other glass products. You will work closely with our foreman or an experienced assembly worker. You will work throughout the Netherlands and sometimes in Belgium on special and often luxury buildings. Safety and quality are important, so we provide good supervision and make sure you have the right personal protective equipment. There is also room for your ideas to make our processes even better.

What you can expect...

- 25 holidays and 13 ATV days
- Salary indication: € 1800 - € 2500, depending on age and experience
- Location Heerenveen, mainly working on site
- Prospect of a permanent contract
- Opportunity to progress to independent mechanic and cooperating foreman.
