Throne 17 in Ostend
Project Description
On the seawall, it is developing Global Estate Group This unique new development with frontal sea views. Troon 17 combines modern architecture with a nod to the site's rich history. The project comprises 123 spacious flats, designed for both second residents and permanent residents, with areas starting from 90 sqm.
SPARQ proudly supplied the balustrade profiles for this project, including the U-Top, U-Side, V-Line and Y-Line. The realisation of the balustrades was carried out by Aluform From Maldegem.
The project was built by Construction company Furnibo, with architecture provided by Architectural firm Berkein.
