Glass carrier
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The SPARQ glass carrier system has been specially developed to clamp glass more stably and reduce failure costs in assembly. The unique design with clamping by means of a cone at the bottom and a cone at the top of the profile guarantees optimum stability and the shortest possible leverage. As a result, the system offers extra stability. The centred wedges on the clamping system prevent the glass from being broken during assembly. The choice of 4 clamping points opposite each other guarantees tension-free mounting of the glass.
The carrier of the clamping system is equipped with an adjustable lower wedge. This allows easy adjustment and alignment of the glass. The carrier is fitted with a spreader valve so that the carrier has a maximum open position for easy mounting of the glass.
The gap between profile and glass is finished with a rubber. These are of course available for all glass thicknesses. Uniquely, they are symmetrical and therefore the same on both sides of the profile. The choice of rubber depends on the detail.
