Glasbalustrade Omrin in Heerenveen
Project description
Op Ecopark De Wierde in Heerenveen is het nieuwe kantoor en bezoekerscentrum van Omrin gerealiseerd. Het gebouw, dat ook wel de ‘Temple of Trash’ wordt genoemd, is ontworpen door TWA Architecten. In het ontwerp staan circulariteit en het opwaarderen van afval tot grondstof centraal.
In opdracht van Bouwbedrijf Buiteveld verzorgde SPARQ Balustrades de glasbalustrade in de centrale hal. De balustrade is geplaatst op de eerste verdieping en vormt hier de transparante afscheiding langs de vide.
Voor het project is circa 8 meter SPARQ U-Line Top 1 kN toegepast. Bij dit systeem wordt het glas aan de onderzijde opgenomen in een aluminium balustradeprofiel. Hierdoor blijft de afscheiding transparant en het zicht door de centrale hal behouden.
