The Three Musketeers at Leek

Project Description

De Drie Musketiers (Porthos, Athos and Aramis) in Leek concerns the new construction of apartment buildings. The buildings each have four storeys, one of which is on a semi-underground car park (Aramis).

The 30 luxurious and spacious flats have a villa-like appearance with park-like ambience. The flats range between 104m² and 180m² and feature a large balcony or terrace that guarantees maximum privacy and wind shelter.

SPARQ realised 475 metres of glass balustrade in this project and fitted some balconies with privacy screens.
