SPARQ obtains personal data from you, for example the data you provide to us via the website, email and telephone but also by entering into mutual agreements. In addition, we may obtain your personal data through third parties in the context of our services.

Certain data must be kept longer because SPARQ must comply with legal retention obligations, such as the tax retention obligation.
